Thank you to Summer, of

Rino Stefano Taglialfierro
animated classical paintings
and linked them together,
with a loose narrative
and evocative music.
What starts out as sweet and dreamy,
becomes intriguing and compelling;
the images shifting from
innocence
to
eroticism,
then to brutality
and darkness.

That's just amazing. I've watched it twice...
ReplyDeleteIsn't it, Mr N? Very compelling.
DeleteCinnamon man was into animating paintings for a while, it's pretty cool.
ReplyDeleteI must confess, I miss out on some of your posts because I can never figure out which of your blogs to visit when I see the list...
I do have a lot of blogs, don't I? The doll blog gets updated the most, as that is what I do most, so it's usually safe to go there. Cinnamon man's work sounds intriguing. Is any of it on line?
DeleteIntense! I could look at this for a long, long, long time...
ReplyDeleteIsn't it, though? I love how the story can be anything you want.
DeleteHoly Crap, love this... Off to check it out... Inspired :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoyed this, Shelle! :)
DeleteWhat amazing clips. Unfortunately the video could not play but I am sure if it is anything like the rest of your shorter clips it will be amazing.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry it didn't play! I'll see if it's glitched. Thank you for visiting and yes, the little clips are tantalizing parts of the whole thing.
DeleteAh! It's been taken down while it appears in various art festivals, which is fair enough. There's a link to a short piece from it, at the bottom of this blog post.
